A tactile representation of a pattern can communicate a subtle yet overwhelming narrative by means of its construction. In the MA Degree show ( Dec. 2008) these ideas solidified. Bangash explored the visual expression of notions of absence, erasure, impermanence and loss through the language of pattern through an interdisciplinary approach.
